  It has been several months since we paid them to do repairs and catch rats in our home. We were originally told that we had to do ALL of the repairs for him to guarantee he could catch the rats. These repairs cost us approximately $900. Since we paid to do the last of the work he has not been back to our home to do anything. He did not go in our attic or thoroughly inspect anything. He handed me rat traps to load myself in my house and has not caught a single rat. I’m not sure what to do from here. I am working with someone else now. This is really unfortunate. We are a young hard working family, I am a full time student and we foster teenagers for the county and give a lot back to or community. That money could have been used to help more kids in need, instead it went straight into a greedy mans pocket. I really just want everyone to know what they are dealing with and please do not use or recommend this company.
