  Sandfly Locksmith rebuilt my gate lock, including modifying it to automatically latch on its own when it closes. They also manufactured a part for the hinge side which corrected the oblong wear created over the years causing the latch side to sag and not work properly.
  
  On my house doors, they corrected three improperly installed deadbolts by drilling the holes in the jambs deeper. Now they turn all the way locked so they cannot easily a be pried open.
