  I wish I could give this company negative stars. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. First they didn't show up for a scheduled carpet cleaning appt., so after waiting a half hour I called to see if there was a mistake in scheduling and the person who answered the phone told me that a technician was one his way and running late. Then, when asked when that person would arrive, she said they would send a technician out. Finally, she revealed that they were overbooked and that they could only send a technician out, but not until 1.5 hours after the original appt. She suggested I reschedule for the next day, I agreed, but then she said they had not appts the next day. At this point I was beyond frustrated and told her just to get someone to my house and complete the service (I had already paid for), informed her I would not use their service in the future and hung up. She proceeded to call back and tell me they were now cancelling because I was rude, no refund. Needless to say, I would strongly urge you not to do business with this business in the future!
